They employ circa 200 staff and work with major financial organisations.The RoleThe People & Operations Resourcing Manager will ensure that the business utilises their IT professionals in the best possible way for the client base, whilst bringing in the best available talent as headcount increases.Main DutiesWorkforce planningSuccession planningRecruitmentOnboardingThe Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will be an HR professional with a background in workforce planning and recruiting, ideally from a professional services organisation.What’s on offer?This is a pivotal role and comes with an attractive salary of circa £65,000 and great benefits.
