The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment strategy, talent attraction, stakeholder management, and leading a high-performing recruitment team to support the mobilisation and operational requirements of daa International projects and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruitment PlanningPartner with Country HR Manager and project leadership to understand current and future manpower requirements.Convert approved headcount plans into recruitment forecasts, priorities, timelines, and deliveryplans.Monitor recruitment demand against approved headcount and mobilisation timelines.Identify recruitment risks, capacity constraints, and market challenges and provide recommendations to leadership.Challenge hiring requirements where necessary to ensure alignment with approved organization structures, budgets, and workforce plans.Talent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and implement the KSA Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.Establish proactive recruitment approaches for current and future talent requirements.Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Strengthen the daa International KSA brand and market positioning.Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, approved processes, and applicable Saudi requirements.Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvementEnd-to-End Recruitment LeadershipOversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through selection, offer management, and handover to onboarding.Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.Oversee recruitment for professional, technical, operational, managerial, and specialist positions.Provide direct support on critical and senior-level appointments where required.Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience across all daa International KSA projects.Leadership of Talent Acquisition TeamLead, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.Establish clear objectives, KPIs, priorities, and accountability across the recruitment team.Allocate recruitment resources according to business demand.Monitor recruiter productivity, workload, pipeline activity, and delivery against hiring plans.Coach and develop team members to build strong recruitment capability.Ensure the team operates with a proactive, commercial, and service-oriented mindset.Project & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong working relationships with Project Directors, hiring managers, and senior business stakeholders.Act as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the business.Manage stakeholder expectations regarding recruitment timelines, talent availability, market conditions, and candidate quality.Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support workforce decisions.Ensure clear communication and accountability between HR, TA, project leadership, and hiring managers.Key InterfacesThe role will work closely with:Country HRProjects DirectorsHiring ManagersFinance & Business PlanningGlobal Mobilisation TeamSenior LeadershipUniversities and Talent Networks
Requirements
Saudi Nationality.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and Recruitment experience, including significant leadership responsibility, with a minimum of 3 years in a Talent Acquisition management role leading recruitment teams, workforce planning, and large-scale hiring initiatives.Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering large-scale or project-based recruitment programs.Strong background in workforce planning, mobilisation, and high-volume recruitment.Experience partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.Strong knowledge of the Saudi labour market and recruitment landscape.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience within the aviation or airport sector is highly desirable.We appreciate the interest of all applicants and wish you all the best; only candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process will be contacted.
