Based in our Bangalore office, you will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, mentor the Recruitment Associate(s), and drive initiatives to attract top talent aligned with Laundryheap's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global recruitment strategies in partnership with the CHRO to support company growthOversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experienceLead the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Recruitment Associate and other team membersPartner with HR Manager operations to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutionsDrive employer branding initiatives to position Laundryheap as a top choice for talent globallyBuild and maintain a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future needsMonitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsStay up-to-date on market trends, recruitment technologies, and innovative hiring practices to maintain a competitive edgeNote:Immediate joiners are preferredDesignation may vary based on our organizational structureWhy Join Us?Play a pivotal role in shaping Laundryheap's global talent acquisition strategyWork directly with the CHRO on impactful initiativesOpportunity to lead and grow a high-performing recruitment teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team manager roleProven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies for global or multi-region teamsStrong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), assessment modules and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and job boardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics adjust strategies as needed and communicate the same with the departments promptly manner effectivelyExperience in employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
