Guided by the mission to “Build Stronger People,” the team encourages members to train with purpose and discipline, both in person and through its online presence at spartans.ae and on social media.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for leading end-to-end hiring efforts for Spartans Martial Arts & Fitness. This role oversees workforce planning with management, identifies staffing needs across locations, and designs effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality coaches, fitness professionals, and support staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing the selection and offer process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and maintain employer branding initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and cultivate relationships with external partners such as universities, training institutes, and recruitment agencies. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with leadership to continuously improve hiring processes aligned with the organization’s culture of discipline and growth.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to manage structured interviews and guide hiring managers through fair, consistent decision-making.Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote Spartans Martial Arts & Fitness as an employer of choice and support talent attraction campaigns.Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably within fitness, sports, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, work with applicant tracking systems, and use data to improve recruitment outcomes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
