Magazine’s Best in Business alongside some of the most iconic companies in the world.The RoleWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and continue building our global Talent Acquisition function as Hello Clever enters its next stage of growth.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead and develop our Talent team while continuing to recruit yourself, particularly across senior, critical and harder-to-fill roles. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team and leaders across the business to help us deliver significant growth across Australia, the US and APAC.What You’ll Be DoingLead our Talent Acquisition function, including supporting, developing and setting priorities across the Talent team Partner closely with P&C and business leaders on workforce planning, hiring priorities and recruitment strategies across our global markets Remain hands-on across senior, critical and harder-to-fill roles, from sourcing and talent mapping through to offer and close Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies so we’re increasingly ahead of upcoming hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, challenge briefs where needed and build strong, effective interview processes Continue improving our recruitment processes, systems and reporting as we scale, using data and insights to understand where we can do things better Work closely with P&C on EVP, Employer Brand and candidate experience, helping bring our employee proposition to life throughout the hiring journey Manage external recruitment partners where needed and make sure we’re using agencies strategically and effectively About YouYou’re an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with experience in a fast-growing or scaling environment You have strong technical recruitment experience and are comfortable hiring across engineering and other technical disciplinesYou’ve led, mentored or developed recruiters and enjoy helping others become stronger at what they do You’re comfortable being both a leader and a hands-on recruiter and aren’t looking to step away from delivery You’re a strong sourcer who knows how to find great people rather than relying solely on inbound applications You’re confident partnering with senior leaders, asking the right questions and constructively challenging when needed You’re commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing competing hiring priorities across different teams and markets Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets would be highly regarded Experience within fintech, technology, payments or another high-growth environment would be a bonus Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build.
