With more than 60 years of global experience, we partner with major companies, airlines and airports to deliver high-quality operational solutions.We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting strategy and help build high-performing teams across our U.S. operations.🎯 The OpportunityAs Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the Talent Acquisition strategy and recruiting operations across multiple U.S. locations.You will oversee recruiting teams, drive high-volume hiring initiatives, and develop effective strategies to attract operational, technical, supervisory, and management talent across our facilities and aviation operations.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute high-volume and specialized recruiting strategies.Lead, coach, and develop regional Talent Acquisition teams.Manage recruiting for operational, technical, supervisory, and management roles.Oversee background checks, drug screening, and airport security credentialing.Build relationships with community organizations, employment agencies, and educational institutions.Organize and participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.Monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.Partner with HR and Operations leadership to anticipate workforce needs and support business growth.👤 What We're Looking For3–5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience, preferably with team leadership experience.Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within facilities services, maintenance, hospitality, logistics, aviation, or similar operational environments.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.Strong knowledge of employment compliance and background screening processes; TSA/SIDA experience is a plus.A proactive, results-driven leader with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.🎁 What We OfferCompetitive salary plus a performance bonusMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus additional supplemental insurance optionsPaid time off and holidays401(k) retirement planProfessional growth through training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancementThe chance to join a global organization that keeps growing📍 LocationMiami, Florida — On-siteIf you are a passionate Talent Acquisition leader who enjoys building teams, driving recruiting results, and supporting large-scale operations, apply today!Join Grupo EULEN USA and be part of our continued growth.Grupo EULEN USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
