Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Dubai, UAESector: Banking & Financial ServicesFunction: Talent Acquisition / Human ResourcesOur client, a leading bank with a significant presence across the UAE and wider GCC, is looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team in Dubai.This is a senior Talent Acquisition position for an experienced banking recruiter who has a strong track record of hiring high-calibre professionals across Corporate Banking and Investment Banking.The successful candidate will bring substantial experience gained within a large international bank, together with a strong understanding of the GCC financial services talent market.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for senior and specialist banking positions across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage recruitment across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and related financial services functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across key banking disciplines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and other channels.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity and recruitment trends across the GCC.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work effectively with internal HR teams and external search partners where appropriate.
• Utilise the bank's ATS and recruitment technology effectively, ensuring accurate and timely management of recruitment activity and reporting.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience, ideally gained within a large international bank or comparable global financial institution.
• At least 5 years' experience working within the GCC, with a strong understanding of the regional banking talent market.
• Current experience based in Dubai/UAE. Candidates requiring relocation to the UAE will not be considered.
• Proven experience recruiting across Corporate Banking and Investment Banking.
• Experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking or other buy-side businesses would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Strong understanding of senior-level banking recruitment and the ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing, headhunting and developing talent pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC financial services talent market.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technology.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
