This is an exciting role with visibility, direct access to senior leadership, and real ownership over the growth of the business.The roleOwn internal hiring for the business's recruitment consultant teams throughout all levels. You will be managing your own TA team to continue supporting the growth of the business. This role will involve strategy, sourcing, employer brand, pipeline building, and full ownership of the candidate journey from first touch to onboarding.The ideal candidateBackground in internal TA, within an agency or recruitment businessExperience leading or developing a teamSuccessful track record across entry-level and experienced hiringStrong commercial awareness and comfort operating at senior stakeholder levelThose with direct agency experience will be prioritised.
