We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.Opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-country hiring and site launch projects across EuropeExposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, and transformation initiatives in a complex regional environmentWork in a fast-paced, collaborative culture with strong focus on learning and developmentContribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of Talent Acquisition processesKey Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across EuropeOwn end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned to business growth and workforce plansLead recruitment for new warehouse site launches across Europe, ensuring strong project management, coordination, and timely hiring deliveryTranslate workforce strategies into structured hiring plans in partnership with HR and business leadersAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving governance and structured hiring processesStandardise and optimise recruitment processes, embedding consistent and compliant practicesLeverage data and insights to track performance, inform decision-making, and improve hiring outcomesWhat We Are Looking For:Understanding of the Contract Logistics market is highly desirable including warehouse, distribution, and site leadership hiringProven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environmentContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment within logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics environmentsDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale hiring, including new site or operational launch recruitmentStrong project management capability, with ability to coordinate hiring across multiple stakeholders and locations
