About the Tamheer Program:Tamheer is an on the job training program designed to develop Saudi graduates by providing them with practical field experience and the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.The program offers a six-month training period, giving fresh graduates the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, develop professional competencies, and gain real-world experience.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Must be registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and eligible for the Tamheer Program.• Must not have been registered with GOSI during the last six months.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.What You’ll Gain:• Practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources.• Exposure to a professional working environment.• Opportunity to develop essential HR and business skills.• Valuable experience to support your future career development.
