Job Title – Talent Acquisition Partner – 6 Months ContractType – OutsourcedDuration – 6 months extendableWork Location – DubaiMandatory – 8-10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Equipment / Commercial Vehicles industry.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, across multiple functions.Drive high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong candidate quality, engagement, and experience.Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership positions.Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, salary trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges.Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and market updates to leadership.Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and talent availability.Drive continuous improvement and adoption of recruitment best practices, processes, and sourcing strategies across UAE and KSA.Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable local employment requirements.Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain an effective talent network for future hiring requirements.
