We hire great people, and we do it properly.What you’ll be doingOwn the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple roles across Product, Sales, Data & AI, Finance, Marketing.Headhunt passive talent across UAE & Ireland.Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potentialConduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fitPartner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job descriptionManage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respectEnsure a positive, human candidate experience at every stageTrack and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updatesHelp ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the barThis role will suit you ifYou’re a good, honest person who treats people with respectYou’re generally positive... you bring good energy to workYou care about doing the job well and never neglect qualityYou see the value in data and use it to get better at what you doYou’ve supported hiring for Sales/GTM roles ideally for a SaaS companyYou’re human.
