Apply & track with Apply EdgeOur esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Jeddah.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, operational, and corporate talent.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor market and recruitment practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong Leadership skills.
