Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate & Aviation Recruitment (6 Months Contract) - Immediate Joiner

Job Summary :We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our corporate and aviation business units in the UAE. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive hiring strategy, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build a strong talent pipeline across functional and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Commercial) and aviation roles (cabin crew, ground operations, engineering/technical).Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, interview processes, and workforce plans.Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and Emiratisation hiring targets.Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and report to leadership.

Requirements

10-12 years of solid, progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience.Strong background in corporate recruitment; aviation industry exposure strongly preferred.Proven stakeholder management and consultative hiring approach.UAE/GCC market experience preferred.Hands-on with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Oracle HCM, or similar).
