Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior Recruiter – Construction & ContractingLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Human Resources / Talent AcquisitionExperience: 10-15 YEARSIndustry: Construction & ContractingEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary: Seeking Candidates with experience supporting large-scale construction projects, contracting companies, developers, infrastructure projects, or engineering organizations will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition through sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for construction and contracting roles.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, social media, agencies, and other relevant channels.Recruit for a wide range of positions including:Project ManagersConstruction ManagersSite EngineersCivil, MEP and Structural EngineersQuantity SurveyorsPlanning EngineersQA/QC EngineersHSE professionalsForemen and SupervisorsSkilled and semi-skilled construction workersCommercial and corporate positionsConduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer coordination.Build and maintain a strong network of Philippines-based and UAE-based candidates.Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and relevant sourcing partners in the Philippines and UAE.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10+ years 'of recruitment experience, with substantial exposure to construction, contracting, engineering, or infrastructure companies.Experience handling both professional/technical and skilled workforce recruitment.Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.Experience working with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations.
