Apply & track with Apply EdgeSr. Recruiter, Talent AcquisitionSalary Range: $96,210 - $126,275(Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)Reporting to Global, Talent Acquisition Management would be responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, employing (traditional and non-traditional) sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating and executing new and creative ideas to attract top talent. Play a critical role in the growth and development of the organization and help ensure the best possible talent is being hired by leveraging technology and systems executing on the recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, organizations and current employees (associates). Responsibilities consist of approximately 75% sourcing/ recruiting and 25% talent acquisition project based.What You'll be DoingMaintain a large requisition load with a variety of different clients.Execute on the current workforce plan and flex as plan changes.Network through industry contacts, associations, organizations and associates.Work hand in hand with hiring managers and HRBPs to help develop compelling job descriptions, prescreen candidates, conduct interviews and facilitate post-interview calibration process.Work with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s) and Global Total Rewards to develop and extend offers, work with TA Analysts to conduct reference/background checks, and assist with the candidate onboarding process.Collaborate with key department heads to create customized sourcing/recruitment strategies focused on mid-senior level positions.Take active involvement in all DE&I initiatives, including Affinity Groups (AGs).Assist with Early Talent initiatives to include internship, rotational, and direct hire programs.Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition process through formal presentations and ad-hoc coaching.Perform various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding and social media.Required QualificationsBA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources and/or significant sourcing/recruiting experience above the minimum requirementsMinimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in full-cycle sourcing/recruitment and/or a combination of full-cycle and Early Talent experienceDemonstrated experience creating and building qualified candidate pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing and recruitment techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical aptitude including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), knowledge of social media, and proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsProven ability to maintain a large requisition load, while managing complex projects around technology, branding, and operational efficiencyHigh level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situationsDemonstrated experience working with retained and contingency vendorsWhat Will Differentiate You from the CrowdBi-lingual (English/Spanish)Demonstrated experience developing individualized sourcing/recruitment strategies for clientsSpecific experience tracking applicants with BrassRing ATSExperience working with a Human Capitol Management System such as Workday to guide and coach managers in the Talent Acquisition ProcessCustomer focused; understand and appropriately respond to internal and external customer’s needs with appropriate research methodologies and facilitate the presentation of recommendationsDemonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition branding and marketing in a corporate environmentAbility to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships and credibility with internal/external clients, key business partners and internal/external candidatesDemonstrated ability to work independently and in teamsStrong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the medical device industryEEOWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
