This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with a solid healthcare background and hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles, including Physicians, Nursing staff, and Allied Health professionalsPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirementsActively headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networksScreen, assess, and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidatesMaintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using ExcelEnsure smooth candidate experience from sourcing through offer stageSupport compliance with hiring standards, documentation, and timelinesCandidate Profile3–4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (hospital or healthcare group preferred)Proven track record hiring nurses, physicians, and allied health professionalsStrong hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing/headhuntingProficiency in Excel for recruitment tracking, reporting, and pipeline managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
