Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location: Abu DhabiJob SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and partners with business leaders to attract and secure high-caliber talent across the organization. Operating with an executive-search mindset, the team acts as strategic talent advisors and internal search partners to the business — going beyond traditional recruitment to lead proactive sourcing for critical and leadership positions. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership hiring, market mapping, and the use of advanced, AI-enabled recruitment technology.Key ResponsibilitieManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer.Act as an internal executive-search partner, proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for critical and leadership roles.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, define role profiles, and shape targeted recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and assess candidates through internal and external job boards and direct-search methodologies.Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools to strengthen sourcing, candidate assessment, and market mapping while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Identify and implement innovative technologies, automation, and data-driven approaches to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruitment best practice.Coordinate interviews and assessment activities, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout.Manage offer negotiations and prepare employment offers with accuracy, in line with internal approvals, compensation frameworks, and company policy.Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policy, UAE employment legislation, and relevant regulatory requirements.QualificationBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally combining executive search / agency and in-house corporate recruitment.Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong command of interview and evaluation techniques.Sound understanding of HR policy, UAE employment law, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.About PureHealth: PureHealth is the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, committed to revolutionizing the nation’s healthcare ecosystem and advancing the future of health through innovation, technology, and world-class care deliveryWhy Join Us?At PureHealth, you’ll be part of a transformational journey to redefine healthcare through technology and human-centered innovation.
