Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: 8,000 - 10,000 AED MonthlyWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience in the contracting and construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Lead high-volume recruitment and successfully hire a large workforce within project timelines across engineering, technical, site, skilled labor, and corporate roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.Coordinate with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within tight deadlines.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.Prepare recruitment reports and ensure an excellent candidate experience.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the contracting and construction industry.Proven experience in high-volume staffing and mass hiring for contracting and construction projects.Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.UAE recruitment experience is highly preferred.Only candidates with proven contracting and construction recruitment experience and high-volume hiring expertise will be considered.
