Job Title:Talent Acquisition & Case Management SpecialistAbout the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition & Case Management Specialist to manage candidate talent pools, drive matching operations, and support specialized candidate cohorts. You will play a key role in aligning job seekers’ profiles with suitable career opportunities and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, track, and manage candidate talent pools to facilitate efficient job matching operations.Manage candidate cases—including priority candidate groups—matching their skill sets with available vacancies.Provide continuous updates, operational reports, and status tracking for overall recruitment and placement workflows.Address candidate placement challenges and ensure a seamless matching process.Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Case Management.Strong screening, matching, and candidate communication skills.Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or workforce data management.
