Talent Acquisition Specialist

Damac Group is looking to expand its Talent Acquisition Team to work across group level leadership hiring. Open to people to relocate to Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across various business functions.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and identify opportunities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job portals, referrals, career fairs, and universitiesConduct candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.Promote DAMAC's employer brand within the talent market.Qualifications & Experience:-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.6–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Talent .Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing skills.Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems.Fluency in English is mandatory.Requirements added by the job poster• Bachelor's / Masters Degree
