Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in The specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for clinical and non-clinical roles. Daily activities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The role involves supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in career events, and leveraging multiple recruitment channels to attract high-quality talent. The specialist also maintains accurate recruitment data, prepares reports, and ensures all hiring activities align with organizational policies and local labor regulations.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Proficiency in Hiring activities such as coordinating selection processes and making structured hiring recommendations.Strong Interviewing skills with the ability to use behavioral and competency-based techniques.Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization through digital platforms and professional networks.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Familiarity with healthcare sector recruitment or similar regulated environments is preferred.Ability to work on-site in relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
