We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate selection through to offer management and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, along with a proven ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, building talent pipelines, and delivering efficient recruitment processes while ensuring regular stakeholder engagement and communication. This role requires experience recruiting for specialised, technical, engineering, and corporate positions, with a strong focus on process management, candidate experience, and successful hiring outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, engineering, specialist, and corporate positions.Coordinate and manage recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently and closed within agreed timelines.Evaluate candidates against role requirements, technical competencies, and organisational fit.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentProactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, talent pools, networking events, and direct search activities.Utilise targeted sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates.Develop proactive talent pools and sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical hiring requirements.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.Conduct candidate screening and interviews, providing recommendations and shortlists to hiring managers.Stakeholder PartnershipPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, role specifics, and recruitment priorities.Conduct intake meetings and provide guidance on sourcing approaches, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights and support throughout the hiring process.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and hiring outcomes.Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate selection decisions.Candidate Experience & ComplianceDeliver a positive candidate experience through professional, transparent, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, internal policies, and recruitment best practices.Promote fair, ethical, and consistent hiring practices across all recruitment activitiesQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within technical, engineering, infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction, or related sectors.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, engineering, specialist, and corporate positions.Demonstrated success delivering high-volume and niche recruitment campaigns within competitive talent markets.Experience conducting candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding activities.Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Skills & CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement capabilities.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.Sound candidate assessment and interview evaluation skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.Results-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
