Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple cluster properties within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to attract and hire top talent.This role requires someone who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-moving environment, can manage multiple priorities with flexibility, and is confident working under pressure while maintaining a strong candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirementsDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for cluster-wide vacanciesMaintain and update ATS/recruitment databases with accuracy and timelinessCoordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding and help maintain a positive candidate experienceCollaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and new hire integrationMonitor recruitment trends and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practicesCandidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HRPrevious experience in hospitality or a corporate multi-property/cluster environment is highly preferredStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessmentProficiency in ATS and recruitment softwareSound understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practicesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsProficient in English; additional languages are an advantageWhat We’re Looking ForA professional who is proactive, resilient, and results-drivenSomeone who can perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly changing environmentA flexible team player who can adapt quickly to business needs and shifting prioritiesA candidate with strong initiative, ownership, and a customer-focused mindsetInterested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
