Team members collaborate across functions to support customers locally and internationally, contributing to the growth of the healthcare and emergency response sectors.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions within Abronn FZE. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. The role involves drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on relevant platforms, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help build a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs. This role also includes collaborating with HR and leadership on workforce planning and recruitment metrics.QualificationsStrong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.Experience coordinating with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions, and managing job postings across online platforms.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding, and enhance the candidate experience.Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions at once.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.Understanding of general HR and recruitment best practices; experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or automotive sectors is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
