Talent Acquisition SpecialistDubai | AED 12,000 per monthWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience specifically within construction and contracting recruitment.This role is ideal for a highly driven recruiter who can manage multiple mandates across different construction disciplines, work under significant pressure, and consistently deliver quality hires within demanding timelines.Key RequirementsMandatory: Proven recruitment experience within the construction/contracting industry.Experience working directly with construction businesses is highly preferred.Recruitment agency candidates will be considered if they specialise specifically in construction recruitment.Strong experience managing multiple vacancies and mandates simultaneously.Ability to source and assess construction professionals across different disciplines.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Highly organised, resilient and delivery-focused.Able to develop and execute effective recruitment solutions within tight deadlines.UAE construction recruitment experience is an advantage.Important: Candidates with generalist or cross-industry recruitment backgrounds without substantial construction/contracting recruitment experience will not be considered.If you thrive in a demanding environment, understand the construction talent market and have a strong track record of closing roles at pace, we would like to hear from you.Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 12,000 per month
