Talent Acquisition Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a leading international company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions, supporting the company's growth strategy and ensuring the attraction of high-quality talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal recruitment policies.Assist with onboarding activities and support wider HR projects when required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Fluent in Arabic and English.Preferred ExperienceExperience recruiting for commercial, technical, engineering, operations, or corporate functions.Exposure to working within an international or multinational environment.Knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and Saudization requirements.What's on OfferOpportunity to join a well-established international organisation with strong growth plans in Saudi Arabia.Exposure to regional and international stakeholders.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
