About the RoleOur client, a leading organization in the real estate industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and attracting top talent across sales, corporate, and operational functions.The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring within the real estate sector, which will align successfully in the organization.About the RequirementsManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple business functions.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract high-quality talent through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and headhunting techniques.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales, leasing, property management, facilities management, and corporate support roles.Track recruitment metrics, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.About YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management sectors.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview best practices.Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for real estate sales consultants, leasing consultants, brokers, property managers, and corporate functions.Strong networking, headhunting, and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with UAE labor market trends and recruitment best practices.About the RecruiterContact: Grace Myrtle – Recruitment ConsultantJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
