What's missing is the growth engine that takes this from a great product to a platform with real reach on launch day and beyond.We’re building world-class teams across media, technology, creative production and business operations.As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing through hiring while helping establish scalable recruitment processes as the company grows.This is a build role. You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, attract and hire outstanding talent across a wide variety of functions.What You’ll Do* Own end-to-end recruitment across technology, media, creative, operations and corporate functions.* Source, engage and assess candidates through multiple recruitment channels.* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.* Design and improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks and hiring standards.* Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities.* Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and offer management.* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.* Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.* Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.* Use modern recruitment tools and AI where appropriate to improve productivity and candidate sourcing.Requirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.* Experience recruiting for technical, creative, digital or business roles.* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.* Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.* Experience building recruitment processes or improving existing hiring workflows.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.* Dubai-based or able to relocate.* Fluent English.Nice to Have* Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies.* Experience hiring for technology, media or creative industries.* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms to improve recruitment workflows.* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.You May Not Be the Right Fit If* Your experience is primarily HR administration, payroll or employee relations rather than recruitment.* You have limited experience sourcing and hiring specialist or professional roles.* You prefer highly structured environments over building processes from scratch.* You are uncomfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced company.What We Offer* Build the recruitment function from the ground up.* Work directly with leadership and influence company growth.* Competitive compensation based on experience.* Premium office in Dubai JLT.* Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.* Access to modern recruitment technologies and tools.* Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
