We're hiring on behalf of a confidential contracting/fit-out company in Dubai for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across multiple roles. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so we need someone who thrives under pressure and has real experience recruiting for contracting/fit-out in the UAE market.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen and close candidates across a range of contracting/fit-out roles (White collars). Build and manage a strong pipeline of trade and site talent. Coordinate closely with hiring managers to fill roles within tight deadlines. Manage the full recruitment cycle end to end, quickly and efficiently.RequirementsProven track record in high-volume recruitment, ideally within contracting, fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE. Comfortable working at speed and under pressure to hit hiring targets. Strong existing network of trade/site candidates is a plus.
