Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

The incumbent is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for GMG. The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures the company attracts and hires top talent by actively sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. The incumbent collaborates with the Manager/Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop effective hiring strategies that align with GMG's Business objectives.Core Responsibilities:Experience hiring in Blue Collar and White-collar roles.Experience hiring for Retail / Manufacturing / Pharma/ Logistics IndustryEnsures all recruitment policies, processes and templates are adhered to and recommends improvements based on business need and best practices.Implements sourcing strategies to develop a pipeline of candidates for key roles and positions anticipated based on business requirements.Stays current on trends in recruitment, use of alternative sourcing channels and innovative methods of recruitment and selectionInteracts with managers to discuss recruitment requests and to understand other contextual and qualitative information of the jobSources candidates, conducts interviews and coordinates with Business Units to set up interviews with line managers for shortlisted candidatesMinimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment.Functional / Technical Competencies:The incumbent must have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management tools, and various sourcing techniques. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HR management platforms is required. The ability to identify talent, conduct effective interviews, and align recruitment with strategic business needs is essential.
