Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening.Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreachManage multiple vacancies across operational and corporate functionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment prioritiesConduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessmentsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the processManage recruitment records, candidate information, and ATS updates accuratelySupport recruitment for new openings, seasonal hiring, and ongoing operational requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with relevant hospitality talent in the marketProvide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelinesSupport employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives when required

Requirements

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a hotel, restaurant group, hospitality company, or similar environmentPrevious experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role within hospitality is strongly preferredExperience recruiting across both operational and corporate hospitality positionsSourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platformsGood understanding of the full recruitment lifecycleExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantageHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentUAE-based candidates with local hospitality recruitment experience are requiredDue to the confidential nature of the role, shortlisted candidates will receive further details about the position and the company during the interview process.
