Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.Screen CVs, conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and support candidate selection.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.Coordinate pre-employment requirements and support smooth onboarding and mobilization.Ensure recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.Manage HRDF registration, documentation, funding/reimbursement requirements, and related reporting.Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.Experience in full-cycle recruitment.Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing methods.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, HRDF, and Qiwa is preferred.
