Talent Acquisition Specialist (French speaker)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist (French speaker) role based in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, designing effective job postings, and coordinating interviews and feedback. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The position also requires regular communication in French and English with candidates and internal stakeholders, as well as adherence to local employment regulations and company policies.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.Experience with Hiring activities such as collaborating with hiring managers, defining role requirements, and managing selection processes.Skills in Employer Branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition and enhancing candidate engagement.Strong Interviewing capabilities, using structured techniques to assess skills, experience, and role fit.Fluency in French and English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, and familiarity with social media and professional platforms for talent sourcing.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in talent acquisition or HR is highly desirable.
