Talent Acquisition Specialist – Media & Content

We are building an AI-native team across media, journalism, content and creative production. We need a recruiter who genuinely understands this world — not someone who has only recruited for it from the outside.You will own hiring across media, journalism, editorial, content creation and production. The people you hire are journalists, editors, producers, writers, video creators, social media specialists, visual storytellers and content strategists who use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs and Perplexity as part of their daily workflows.You understand what exceptional media and content talent looks like. You can distinguish between someone who can genuinely research, write, produce and tell stories — and someone who simply has the right keywords on their CV.This is a build role. There is no existing process.
