Talent Acquisition Specialist - MENA (12-Month Contract)

At Clorox Abudawood, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our MENA team and lead end-to-end recruitment across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. This role partners closely with MENA business leaders, HR teams, and manufacturing operations to attract exceptional talent and support business growth. What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, operations, and manufacturing functions.Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Support recruiting initiatives for Clorox manufacturing sites in Jeddah and Dammam.Leverage sourcing tools, market insights, and networking to identify top talent.Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while achieving recruitment metrics and business objectives. What We're Looking For6+ years of recruiting experience within multinational organizations.Proven experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia and/or the Middle East.Experience supporting both Coporate and Manufacturing positions.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools (AI, Copilot)Fluency in Arabic and English.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
