This role will mainly focus on recruitment activities while also providing exposure to HR operations, giving you hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.Screen resumes and schedule interviews.Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Support onboarding activities for new hires.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Assist in employee records management and documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language and Translation or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.Good communication and organizational skills.Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Location:Head Office - Riyadh.
