This role oversees end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across functions and levels. The individual will develop and execute hiring strategies, collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience. The position also leads employer branding initiatives, manages recruitment vendors and platforms, and uses data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong talent pipelines, refining selection processes, mentoring recruitment team members, and supporting strategic HR projects aligned with the company’s growth.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and design structured, fair assessment processes.Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition through digital channels, events, and candidate communications.Relevant experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in fast-growing consumer, wellness, or FMCG sectors.Demonstrated ability to use recruitment analytics and HR systems (ATS, HRIS) to drive decisions and optimize processes.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices.Proven experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams and working in a high-volume or scale-up environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
