Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & OperationsLead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines and according to approved manpower requirements.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, managerial, and corporate positions.Review recruitment requests, job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria to ensure alignment with approved manpower plans and business needs.Monitor recruitment pipelines, vacancy status, and hiring progress to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities.Ensure the recruitment team maintains accurate candidate records and complies with established recruitment policies and procedures.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementSupervise, guide, and support Talent Acquisition Officers and other recruitment team members in executing their responsibilities.Allocate recruitment assignments based on hiring priorities, workload, and individual capabilities.Establish team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and recruitment quality.Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement corrective actions when recruitment targets are not achieved.Manpower Planning & Business PartnershipCoordinate with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future manpower requirements.Support the development and monitoring of annual manpower plans, recruitment forecasts, and hiring budgets.Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with approved organizational structures, headcount plans, and budget allocations.Provide hiring managers with recruitment updates, market insights, candidate availability, and recommendations on sourcing strategies.Participate in manpower planning meetings and workforce reviews to anticipate upcoming recruitment needs.Recruitment Systems, Reporting & AnalyticsOversee the effective utilization of the company's applicant tracking system and HR technology, including SAP SuccessFactors where applicable.Ensure recruitment data, candidate profiles, vacancy statuses, and hiring documentation are accurate and up to date.Prepare and present periodic recruitment reports and dashboards covering hiring progress, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, recruitment costs, and team performance.Analyze recruitment trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements based on data and operational requirements.Monitor recruitment performance against approved targets and provide regular updates to HR leadership.Lead initiatives to improve recruitment automation, reporting accuracy, and overall process efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
