Talent & Influencer Relations Executive

Alist is UAE's largest platform connecting creators and brands, with over 50,000 influencers and3,000+ brands using it. We're hiring a Talent & Influencer Relations Executive to manage ourinfluencer and talent relationships day to day, while the platform handles the matching, tracking,and reporting behind it.This is a junior role for someone with about a year of experience who wants to grow in theinfluencer and talent space. You'll work inside our platform's tools to manage relationships, keeptalent data accurate, and support campaigns as they move through the system.This role is preferably based in Egypt, working closely with our Dubai based team, butcandidates based elsewhere are welcome to apply too.Interested candidates can send their CV to fatma@alist.ae with the subject line "Talent &Influencer Relations Executive.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow our roster of influencers and talent, keeping their profiles and dataaccurate on the platform.Stay on top of social media trends and the influencer landscape in the region, and usethat to help source and match the right talent.Handle day to day communication with influencers and talent, including outreach,briefing, scheduling, and follow ups.Support the team with contracts, invoices, and other admin tasks, logging everythingcorrectly in our systems.Monitor campaign progress and deliverables, flagging issues before they becomeproblems.What We're Looking For:Around 1 year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media,PR, or a related field (internships count).Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Presentable, well spoken, and comfortable representing the brand face to face andonline.A genuine understanding of the social media and influencer world, you know who's whoand what's trending.Comfortable working with digital tools and dashboards, this role is more platform thanpaperwork.Organized and detail oriented, comfortable handling admin tasks alongside the morecreative side of the role.Able to work under pressure and manage several campaigns at once, often with a lot ofinfluencers involved at the same time.A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.Why Join AlistAlist is the largest platform in the UAE connecting influencers and brands.
