Talent Development Internship

We are looking for Interns to join our Talent Development Team at AZADEA Group!JOB PURPOSEThe Talent Development Intern is responsible for providing support to the Talent Development team by assisting in training coordination, administrative tasks, and learning initiatives to enhance employee development.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in maintaining employee training data in the training management system.Support in organizing and coordinating training programs across different business locations.Help prepare materials for new employee orientation and support the facilitation of onboarding sessions.Maintain and organize training materials, including books, videos, and digital resources. Assist in the distribution of training materials, handouts, and audiovisual content.Conduct basic research on training topics and compile findings to support learning needs analysis (LNA).Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal training sessions, ensuring that content is engaging, well-structured, and aligned with branding guidelines.Provide administrative support to the Talent Development team, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs.LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSLanguage ProficiencyFluency in English.Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with a strong focus on visual design and layout.EDUCATIONCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.EXPERIENCEZero to one year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.AZADEA Group is an Equal Employment Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by relevant local laws.
