Be part of Dubai's dynamic hospitality scene, in a company that is still growing.What You Will DoDesign and Deliver LearningCreate and deliver training for front of house, back of house, and leadership teams.Build and own our Standards of Excellence framework and our Training Academy.Manage our digital learning platform and bring in the right external partners.Coach our managers and chefs to become confident trainers themselves.Audit on-the-job training and daily briefings across all venues, and close the gaps you find.Own the Talent JourneyLead the onboarding experience for every new joiner, and run a dedicated programme for newly appointed managers.Own the appraisal cycle end to end — from launch and manager coaching through to analysis and follow-up.Turn review outcomes into real career moves: promotions, increments, and development plans.Spot potential early and build the succession pipeline for our venues.Partner with universities on internships and keep our job descriptions sharp and current.Grow Engagement and CultureLead our colleague engagement survey from design through to action planning with department heads.Run our recognition and service award programmes, and our wellbeing initiatives.Measure What MattersReport on training, engagement, and performance, and present your insights to senior management.Use the data to prove what is working and change what is not.You will also act as deputy to our Head of Talent & Culture, which means broader exposure to the whole HR function and the chance to lead the department when needed.What we are looking forEssential:3+ years in training, talent development or HR, with programmes you designed and delivered yourself, not only administeredProfessional-level written and spoken EnglishWorking knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processesComfortable with data, you can build a report and explain what it actually meansBased in the UAE, or able to beAdvantageous:Hospitality or F&B backgroundBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related fieldConfidence standing in front of a room of 30 people and holding itIf you are driven, passionate, and ready to elevate your career, we would love to meet you!
