Our partner is looking for a Talent Development Specialist based in the United States.This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape learning experiences that enable employees to build skills and perform at their best.You’ll contribute across learning design, content development, program facilitation, LMS administration, and talent development initiatives.The role offers broad exposure to modern learning technologies, including AI-powered tools for creating and enhancing educational content.You’ll collaborate closely with learning specialists, instructional designers, technology partners, and business stakeholders.Success in this position requires strong organization, creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on the learner experience.You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and continuous improvement is encouraged.It’s an ideal role for someone eager to grow their expertise across the full talent development lifecycle.AccountabilitiesSupport the development of engaging eLearning modules, job aids, videos, assessments, storyboards, scripts, and other learning materials using adult learning principles.Use AI tools and modern learning technologies to draft, prototype, refine, and enhance content efficiently.Apply established templates, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards to produce consistent, polished learning experiences.Facilitate or co-facilitate flagship learning programs, including new-hire orientation and employee development initiatives, in both virtual and in-person settings.Coordinate program logistics, participant communications, follow-up activities, and feedback collection to deliver a smooth learner experience.Support the learning management system by preparing and deploying learning solutions, maintaining enrollments and records, tracking completion, and generating reports.Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and support needs.Collaborate with Talent Development, Learning Experience Design, Learning Technology, and business stakeholders on team initiatives and special projects.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying learner feedback and operational insights that can strengthen future programs.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.1–3 years of experience in talent development, corporate learning, instructional design, training facilitation, or a related discipline.Experience developing learning content with modern authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or comparable platforms.Familiarity with multimedia creation tools such as Canva, Loom, Synthesia, or similar solutions.Experience using AI and modern design technologies to support content creation, prototyping, and enhancement.Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating learning sessions and engaging audiences both virtually and in person.Familiarity with learning management systems, including preparing content for deployment and creating, updating, and running reports.Understanding of adult learning principles, inclusive learning practices, and accessibility standards.Ability to transform complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning materials.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, clarity, and an excellent learner experience.Curious, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable learning new subject areas and supporting diverse business functions.BenefitsCompensation: $65,000–$80,000 annual on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement: 401(k) plan.Paid time off: Paid vacation/time off and company holidays.Family support: Paid parental and caregiver leave.Professional development: Opportunities for cross-department training, certifications, and continued learning.Technology and learning resources: Access to modern technologies and resources designed to support professional growth.Inclusive culture: Employee initiatives and resource groups focused on diversity, belonging, and enriching perspectives.Remote work: Remote position based in the United States.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
