Director of TalentOrange County, CA (Hybrid)$200,000 - $250,000 base salary + bonusA successful, privately held organization is seeking a Director of Talent to lead Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Culture & Engagement across the business.Reporting to the CHRO, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while helping shape the next chapter of the organization's talent strategy and employee experience.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an individual who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. Talent Acquisition is the immediate priority, with a mandate to assess, modernize, and elevate recruiting processes, capabilities, and outcomes. The role will also play a key part in strengthening leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives across the organization.The company employs approximately 2,000 people across North America and is led by a CEO who is deeply engaged in the business and passionate about building exceptional teams and a strong culture.
