Talent Growth Lead – AI/LLM Workforce will lead the growth and development of a scalable On-demand talent ecosystem to support fast-moving AI/LLM and data projects globally.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale a global gig talent pipeline across AI, data, language, coding and domain expertise.Develop sourcing channels through gig platforms, communities, referrals, campuses and partnerships.Own the end-to-end talent journey – sourcing, profiling, assessment, onboarding, engagement and activation.Build and maintain validated talent pools for rapid project deployment.Drive candidate engagement and improve conversion, activation and retention.Partner with Delivery, Recruitment and Project teams to translate requirements into actionable talent pipelines.Track pipeline, quality, activation, utilization and cost metrics and drive continuous improvement.Identify new talent channels, platforms and innovative approaches to scale the workforce.Ideal Profile5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, gig workforce, talent marketplace or high-volume recruitment.Strong experience in building and scaling talent communities/pipelines.Data-driven, commercially oriented and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Exposure to AI/LLM, data annotation, content, language or domain-expert talent is an advantage.Success MeasuresTalent Pipeline | Speed to Activate | Quality | Conversion | Cost | Retention | Project Deployment
