Partnering closely with business leaders, this position develops and implements innovative talent solutions that align with current and future business needs. Beyond traditional recruiting, the role focuses on strategic workforce planning, building and managing early career talent pipelines, overseeing external talent partnerships, and leading talent initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and ensure a sustainable, future-ready workforce.Please note that this is not a Talent Acquisition position. Strategic Workforce PlanningPartner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectivesAnalyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategiesBuild proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areasSupport organizational design and future-of-work initiativesTalent Acquisition Delivery (Strategic & Operational)Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experienceServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and support candidate experience and hiring efficiency improvementsDrive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and digital toolsEmbed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processesEarly Careers, Talent Pipeline Development and Talent Programs & ProjectsPartner with local teams and the Early Careers Lead to design and manage regionally early career programsBuild relationships with universities and external communitiesCreate structured development pathways for early talentPartner internally to ensure meaningful development experiencesLead or contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives whilst driving adoption of tools and processesPartner ManagementLead and embed the regional implementation of our TA modelEnsure delivery against regional SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plansAct as key regional contact for Agencies & provide governanceData, Insights & Continuous ImprovementLeverage analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendationsChampion continuous improvementQualificationsSignificant experience in Talent Management, HR, and Workforce PlanningExperience managing strategic and operational recruitmentExperience managing or partnering with vendorsExposure to early careers or talent developmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAdditional InformationRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
