Talent Management Manager

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development agenda to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role oversees the design and implementation of talent management frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, succession planning strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational capability-building initiatives.The incumbent will partner closely with MEA Region's business leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent, assess organizational capabilities, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession plans for key positions. The role is also responsible for evaluating successor readiness, driving career development initiatives, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and support business growth.Required Experience:Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle, from talent identification and assessment to succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.Demonstrated hands-on experience in: Talent Management and Talent Review ProcessesCompetency Framework Design and Competency MappingCompetency Assessment and Assessment CentersSuccession Planning and Leadership Pipeline DevelopmentCareer Development and Individual Development Planning (IDP)High-Potential (HiPo) ProgramsExecutive Coaching and Mentoring FrameworksReadiness Assessment for Critical and Leadership RolesExperience in multinational, regional, or matrix organizations is preferred.Preferred CertificationsSHRM-SCP / SHRM-CPCIPD Level 5 or Level 7Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP)ATD (Association for Talent Development) CertificationKorn Ferry / Hay Group Assessment CertificationsHogan, SHL, Thomas International, DISC, MBTI, or other psychometric certificationsCoaching Certification (ICF, CCL, etc.)
