Contribute to attracting, hiring, and retaining talent while providing administrative and operational support for HR initiatives.Duties And Responsibilities Support the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication in line with Talent Acquisition policies and procedures. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, pipeline reports, and recruitment dashboards. Utilize ATS and HRMS systems for recruitment activities, employee data management, and HR process administration. Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, employment contracts, system access requests, IT coordination, and welcome communications. Assist in maintaining talent pipelines through sourcing activities, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives. Coordinate new hire orientation sessions with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain and update onboarding documentation, templates, and welcome materials. Ensure employee records and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including follow-up on appraisal cycles and required documentation. Assist in the coordination and administration of training and development programs. Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and related activities. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee-related data as required. Respond to employee inquiries related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Requirement: Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
