The Senior Manager partners with leadership to identify critical roles, assess talent, and recommend initiatives that build capabilities and strengthen the leadership pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, coordinating learning and development activities, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and ensuring talent programs are communicated effectively and consistently. The role also involves collaborating closely with HR, operations, and brand teams to align talent strategies with business needs, maintain compliance with company policies, and drive an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.QualificationsStrong experience in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that support organizational goals.Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Competence in data analysis and HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Solid organizational and project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent management are beneficial.
