Apply & track with Apply EdgeLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaStart Date: Mid-September 2026Duration: Approximately 3 months (extendable)Contract: Fixed-termAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join the Workforce Department supporting a major international sporting event in Saudi Arabia.This role will support the planning, coordination and management of the event workforce, ensuring the right people are in the right roles and are properly tracked and supported throughout the project lifecycle.Previous event experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR operations, recruitment coordination or people operations are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport workforce and talent planning activities across multiple departments and operational areas.Coordinate workforce requirements and track staffing needs throughout the project.Maintain accurate workforce and talent records, databases and trackers.Support the allocation and deployment of staff across different functions and locations.Coordinate with internal teams to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely resourcing.Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation activities.Monitor workforce status, availability, assignments and deployment schedules.Prepare workforce reports, trackers and updates for management.Identify workforce gaps, changes or potential resourcing issues and escalate them accordingly.Support communication and coordination with employees, contractors and other workforce stakeholders.Assist with workforce-related administrative and operational tasks throughout the project.Ensure workforce information is accurate, up to date and properly documented.Requirements3+ years of experience in talent management, workforce management, HR operations, recruitment coordination, people operations or a related field.Experience working with large-scale teams or complex workforce structures is highly desirable.Event or sports-event experience is preferred but not mandatory.Strong organisational and coordination skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Ability to maintain accurate trackers, databases and reports.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Previous experience supporting large-scale projects, temporary workforces or mass mobilisation is an advantage.Must be available to commit to the full approximately 3-month contract.Important Availability RequirementThis is a fixed-term project requiring a full commitment for approximately 3 months, starting in mid-September 2026.Please apply only if you are genuinely available and able to commit to the full contract period.
